prevention concept
The Bauverein Katholische Studentenheime is currently developing a prevention concept, which will be placed here shortly.
A few notes in advance:
In addition to looking at sexual abuse and abuse of power, our concept also includes the topics of racial discrimination, homophobia and dealing with hate speech in social media. The treatment of employees and residents, but also the treatment of the residents with and among each other, as well as complaints channels within and outside Bauverein will also be part of this concept.
Above this a code of conduct for dealing with suspected cases is not only part of the prevention concept, but will also part of the house rules of our dorms in future. Similar to our Energy Saving Advice, this Code of Conduct will be translated into multiple languages.
